PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, money order, Paypal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Personal checks have a 10 day waiting period to clear with our bank.

Failed Credit Card Authorization
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. Make sure you are entering the correct billing address for your credit card.

Credit Card Address Verification

• The billing address and ship to address must match or must be confirmed with the credit card issuing bank.
• If you provided us with an alternate ship-to address, please call your credit card issuing bank and add the alternate address on file otherwise your order will not be processed.
• Sorry, we do not accept International orders and International credit cards other than Canada.

PHONE ORDER:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, we gladly accept orders placed over the phone. SHIPPING:
All In-Stock items are picked, packed, and shipped within 48 hours, not counting Saturday, Sunday, and US federal holidays. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. See below for estimated time of arrival. WE DO NOT SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES OTHER THAN CANADA.

APO/FPO
APO/FPO orders must choose USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method.
